Back by popular demand, Troop 49 will be running an awesome ski trip to OKEMO Mountain Resort in the ski capital of the Northeast, Vermont!! (less than 4 hours from Oakland).

Due to its popularity and abundance of amenities for the scouts, we will be staying in the same awesome house as we did last year. Here is the link to the house rental: https://www.homeaway.com/vacation-rental/p331264?

As you’ll see in the rental photos, there is definitely plenty to do at the house after a full day of skiing and snowboarding. Life doesn’t get any better!

Where: Paramount Pictures Aviation / 11 Airport Rd. Morristown, NJ, 07960

How: Meet at OLPH Friday Dec 8 at 5:00 pm and carpool down to the Corporate Hangar.  Approximately 35 min. drive.

 

Please RSVP by Monday Dec. 4 so that we have an accurate headcount for breaking down into patrols if need be and giving those that will be cooking a week to prepare.

 

Please keep in mind that this is a place of business with multi-million dollar aircraft, so scouts, please act responsibly. No running as there is numerous pointy objects on these aircraft. Mr. Fern will give a safety briefing prior to entering the hangar. Read more
