Floodwood has a new pricing structure which is dependent on the number of participants in the Trek. An 11 person Trek paying early bird (prior to 4/7/2011) pricing will cost $400 per person. Smaller treks will cost more per person. The actual cost of camp will be determined by the coordinator.
Payments made before April 1: Cost is $____ per person.

Note, the Council payment cutoff for the Early Bird discount is published as 4/15/2011. Since the trip coordinator and treasurer need to deposit the checks and then have time to get down to council before April 15, we need to enforce the payment date of April 7th. Please understand the need to give our volunteers enough time to coordinate and pay council.
Payment is for the general program fees and food for the week. Additional fees may apply, based on the trip planned by the trek. For example, if the trek decides to visit the Adirondack Museum, the entrance fees would be additional to the camp fee.
