Details:    Start your engines, the Troop is looking to hit the NASCAR track in Dover!  Pit Crew 49 will depart OLPH at 5pm Friday October 4th.   We will head down to Dover, DE with final destination @ the following GPS location:

Dover International Speedway –1131 N. DuPont Highway – Dover, DE 19901

Bring your dinner as you will most likely will eat on the road.  Once the troop is settled in at the track campsites, dessert will be provided.  The events schedule can be found in the link below, which starts on Friday, but we will pick it up on Saturday morning.  The Sunday race starts @ 2:30 and includes on-track time prior to the race!  You only need to stay for the race as long as you’d like since it is about a 3 hour ride back home.
We will be looking to manage meals with the Patrol Box method; assignments to be planned after registration is complete.  Any scouts who need to fulfill any cooking requirements, this is a perfect time to signup.  We also get a $15 meal voucher which will be used for Sunday lunch.  Sunday dinner is on your own as you head home.  All meals for Saturday will be planned (including Sunday breakfast) at our camp site.
